Charles "Chuck" Grant

CEO

Mr. Grant has an extensive background with multi-industry start-ups and restructuring, as well as global experience in China, Asia, and Europe. Areas of particular expertise include mergers and acquisitions, strategic leadership, financing and bank relationships, and pension and benefits management.

Currently, he serves as Chairman and CEO of CKG Partners, an investment and consulting company that assists companies with strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and restructuring. Additionally, he serves on the boards of directors of the Old Nassau, Community Council, Halifax Hospital Foundation, the Civic League of Volusia County and Oceanside Country Club. Previously, he served as Chairman & CEO of SP Industries, as a partner in Riverlake Partners, as a segment CEO of SPX Corporation, and as a segment CFO for Becton Dickinson.

Mr. Grant is a CPA, CGMA with a BS/BA in Management and Accounting from Northeastern University and received an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Mike Steen

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Steen has nearly 10 years of experience in both design and manufacturing of medical devices, specializing in ultrasonic systems. Prior to joining Tenex Health, Mr. Steen managed manufacturing and service of phacoemulsification equipment and accessories at American Optisurgical, Inc. With Tenex, he has assumed a lead role in the planning, development and implementation of the processes required for the product realization of the Tenex Health TX System. Mike received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

David Vancelette

Vice President, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Vancelette has 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, including senior management positions in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, and expertise in Quality Management Systems and Global Regulatory Strategy. He has successful experience in the development of startup medical device companies. Most recently he served as Sr. Director of QA/RA for OrthAlign, Inc. He has also held senior positions in Engineering, Product Development, Operations and Project Management. Mr. Vancelette holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Greg C. Henkel

Director of Finance

Mr. Henkel has over 25 years of experience working in both the public company and private company reporting and compliance environment. He has been instrumental in sales of companies, acquisitions, financings, planning and integration, and a successful IPO offering. Greg received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and his master’s from California State University.

Jeremy Stitcher

Director of US Sales

Mr. Stitcher joined Tenex Health in July 2019 as the Western Region Sales Manager and subsequently became Director of US Sales in December 2019.

Jeremy brings 25 years of professional sales, sales training, and sales management experience to Tenex Health. He has been successful working with organizations, both large and small, within the medical device industry and takes pride in the positive effect he has had on countless salespeople's lives throughout his career. His top priority is to improve the lives of patients who can benefit from the unique and life-changing technology that Tenex Health provides, and he is proud to be a member of the Tenex team.

Jeremy resides in the Greater Los Angeles area with his wife and children, and enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and outdoor activities.

Lyly Hoang Wight

Director of Marketing

Lyly Hoang Wight has over 11 years of medical experience, including 8 years in the medical device industry. Previously, Lyly served as a consultant at OMNI and as a Regional Commercial Marketing Manager at MAKO Surgical, where she successfully led diverse marketing programs for their first-to-market, robotic-assisted knee and hip surgery businesses. She has been working closely with Tenex Health since 2014, September as a consultant prior to joining the company under her current role in 2020, January. Lyly received her B.A. in English from the University of Maryland at College Park and Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
