Jagi Gill, PhD
Jagi Gill, PhD, is the chief executive officer and founder of Tenex Health. He has led the company starting from licensing the initial technology from the Mayo Clinic, to successfully raising the finances to operate the company, completion of product development, and securing regulatory approval to commercialize the TX1™ System in the United States.
Jagi brings over 15 years experience from his tenure in various executive positions in management, marketing, and business development at Boston Scientific, Advanced Bionics, and the Mayo Clinic. In addition to Tenex Health, Jagi has cofounded two other medical device companies.
Bernard Morrey, MD
Dr. Morrey is the Chief Medical Officer of Tenex Health, as well as the Emeritus Chairman and Professor of Orthopedics at Mayo Clinic and the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. He has served on the board of governors of the Mayo Clinic and is past president of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Orthopaedic Association (AOA), and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES). Dr. Morrey is past chairman of the board of trustees of the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. He is a Fulbright Scholar and has authored four textbooks and over 300 peer-reviewed articles.
Rom Papadopoulos, MD
Rom Papadopoulos, MD, is the Chief Financial Officer of Tenex Health. He is the managing partner of The Intuitus Group, a merchant-banking firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. He brings more than 20 years of medical technology investment and merchant banking and entrepreneurial experience.
Rom has a proven, extensive track record in business start-ups, patent and intellectual property protection and strategies, business development and expansion, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, marketing, and operations. Most recently, he has co-founded three med-tech firms.
Tate Parham
Tate is the Vice President of Research and Development for Tenex Health.He has helped orchestrate the development of the TX1 Tissue removal system. For innovations, he draws on his experience from 12 years of developing products in the ophthalmic industry. His manufacturing experience comes from developing and machining products in the machine tool industry. Tate has always had a knack for product design and development.
Julie Flanery
Julie is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Her career spans 20 years in the Medical Device Industry bringing both sales and marketing experience to our team. Julie had over 14 years with Smith & Nephew (formerly Richards Medical Company) initially in marketing then ran a top distributorship for 11 years with impressive performance records. She continued her path of excellence for the next 6 years with Arthrocare, an RF technology company, in both sales and marketing management before joining Tenex.
Sheri Fisher
Sheri is the Director of Human Resources. She has had a significant role in integrating employees and establishing new policies and programs to support our growth. Sheri brings 18 years of experience, with a large insurance company, in human resources and strategic leadership with an emphasis in management consulting, organizational design and training. She recently earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
